Robert Colton, MD is the founder of MDVIP, the country’s largest concierge medicine company. MDVIP currently has 1,000 primary care physicians, and services approximately 400,000 patients. Since 2009, MDVIP has created more than $2BN in shareholder value. After selling MDVIP, Dr. Colton co-founded ClearlyDerm to fill a gap in access to high quality medical dermatology services. With five locations currently, ClearlyDerm has grown to become one of South Florida’s most successful dermatology platforms. Dr. Colton has been a physician for more than 30 years. Dr. Colton holds an MD from The University of Miami School of Medicine, and a BS from the University of Pennsylvania.
Seth Harlem - CEO
Seth Harlem, MBA is the co-founder and CEO of Thema Brain Health. Prior to founding Thema, Seth was the co-founder and CEO of Taithera, a biotechnology company developing novel bone targeted treatments. Seth also served as an advisor to PrescriberPoint, a technology spinout of Eli Lilly.
Seth holds an MBA from Columbia University and BA from Trinity College.
Samuel Lehr - Chief Strategy Officer
Sam Lehr, JD is the cofounder and Chief Strategy Officer of Thema Brain Health. Prior to Thema, Sam was the cofounder of MUCHOMAS Chocolate and an attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
Sam holds both a JD and BA from The University of Pennsylvania
Lorin Graef, MD Chief Medical Officer
Lorin Graef, MD is a neurologist with over 25 years of experience treating patients with cognitive disorders. He is a graduate of Brown University and Stanford Medical School and completed his medical training at Harvard Medical School and Johns Hopkins University.
Nicole Hughes, APRN
Nicole Hughes is a Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in Neuroscience. She holds an MSN from Rush University and a BSN from University of Wisconsin.
She has worked as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner at University of Minnesota, University of Miami, and Marcus Neuroscience Institute at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. Her entire advanced practice career has been focused on treating patients with chronic neurological disorders to help them achieve their best quality of life.
